Kristen and Steven showed their personality and their sci-fi love with lots of subtle and bold touches throughout their wedding. We were wild over Kristen’s Harry Potter garter and Doctor Who shoes, their BB-8 ring bearer, and their adorable Magical Kingdom cake showcasing their love for Disney! Paris on Ponce was the perfect backdrop for this magical wedding. The ceremony was held in their newly opened White Room and then guests enjoyed a fun reception in Le Maison Rouge. The Star Wars light saber send off hit all the high notes to round out this elegant and quirky sci-fi wedding!
We are absolutely in love with the stunning wedding of Janie + Jordan at Vinewood Stables in Newnan GA. This vintage boho chic wedding was brimming with glamour and elegance. Sustainability and leaving a minimal carbon footprint was important to this environmentally conscientious couple. They used Marigold and Moss as their florist who sourced all of their arrangements locally, Elegant Expressions used local growers to create an authentic southern feast and a lot of their decor were beautiful pieces found at secondhand shops around the city. Janie’s engagement ring and stunning mink coat belonged to her grandmother, who is also her namesake, and was such a special way to incorporate her spirit into the day. In a moving moment of the evening Jane’s Chi Omega sorority sisters from Northwestern University circled her and sang “Shades” which is all about starting new chapters and a long standing tradition amongst the sisters. The evening was in full swing with love, dancing and laughter all the way until the stars and sparklers came out for their exit. Truly a day to remember!
We thought our three week engagement was short…Monica and Oliver were engaged for about 30 minutes before surprising friends and family with a pop up wedding! Their guests knew they were being invited to something special, but had no clue it was a wedding. Donned in a panda suit and with a little help from his friends, Oliver was able to keep the element of surprise for his bride to be. Monica knew there was a proposal coming but was totally shocked by what Oliver had cooked up! Guests gathered around to witness the proposal and thought that was the end of surprises, little did they know Monica and Oliver had gone to change into their wedding clothes and the stage would open up to reveal show girls and a ring master ready to marry them. Paris on Ponce Le Maison Rouge room in Atlanta GA was the perfect place for the "panda"monium! The night continued on with a live band performing and a bride that couldn’t stop dancing! Between the aerialists, stilt walker, fire performers and a conga line, this wedding truly had it all!
This wedding was as quirky as it was fun! Held at the amazing Baltimore Museum of Industry you could feel the love Tiffany and Kelly had for each other and their hometown with charming touches throughout their wedding. Guests could get warm and fuzzy with their Orange Crush Bar or sip on Baltimore’s favorite beer, Natty Boh. After the beautiful ceremony overlooking the Patapsco River and Domino’s Sugar Factory, guests were given a surprise visit by three of Baltimore’s favorite mascots, Poe, Oriole Bird and Mr. Boh! After dancing the night away friends and family were sent home with some Old Bay Seasoning party favors so they could continue to enjoy the flavor of Baltimore and remember the fun night they shared with Mrs. + Mrs. Queen!
G+B headed west for the elopement of Ash + Molli in Las Vegas NV. Ryan was hired by TMWRK to shoot their artists at EDC (Electronic Daisy Carnival) including Ash aka Treasure Fingers. Ash decided to bring his lovely lady with him to Vegas and tie the knot while he was out there to perform at the festival. It was a pretty epic weekend playing a set in front of thousands of people and then topping it off by marrying his love. Vegas, electronic music, friends and family. An elopement no one will ever forget!
